At Leaf Bracer Collectables, we value customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at tony@leafbracercollectables.com and we'll make it right.

Cancellations
Please note that cancellations can be requested prior to shipment, but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. To cancel an order, please email tony@leafbracercollectables.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #..." and we'll take care of it for you.

Pre-Order Policy
When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Leaf Bracer Collectables, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
 
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
